A strange sound reaches her through the open window. It is the sound of a tumpethrone played by Starbook Gardian, the guardian of star tales (Jerzy Mechliński). It turns out that he is the only adult who takes Kira seriously, listens to her. The Starbook Gardian shares the fairy tales told by the three stars (Aleksandra Klimczak, Sylwia Złotkowska and Tomasz Raczkiewicz) with the girl. These stories are autonomous, not related to each other, and each of them raises new questions. Taken together, they form almost an existential philosophy textbook, not an art for children: death, transience, human life as vanishing dust, the sense of existence, our place in the universe ...
