Hommage a Chopin Piece for violin and piano based on themes from one of the Fryderyk Chopin Preludes op.28. It is a response to the need playing on other instruments than piano works referring to the style of Chopin.   Jolanta Stopka - violinist, graduated from the Academy of Music in Poznan, also studied at the Universität der Künste in Berlin and the Royal Conservatory in Brussels. Jolanta Stopka is one of the most interesting musical personalities of his generation. Her performances are characterized by a particularly beautiful sound, great knowledge of music and an interesting interpretation.She is the winner of the Best Musical Award 2009 the Belgian government. She collaborated with famous musicians such as Herman Krebbers, Wolfgang Marschner, Edwuard Schmieder, Stanley Dods, Valery Oistrakh. In December 2009 she recorded (with pianist Magdalena Blum) for the Music Publishers Acte Prealable transciptions of Chopin works for violin and piano. She has made many recordings for television and radio. She leads an active concert activity in many European countries. One of her projects in the first half of 2010 is working on song clip based on Sostenuto. Hommage a Chopin, written especially for the artist by composer Jarek Kordaczuk.   Magdalena Blum - pianist and Vice-Rector of the Academy of Music in Wroclaw. In 2005 she received the postdoctoral degree. She leads a concert activity in Poland. She performed also in Russia, several times in the United States as well as in many European countries. She is the III prize-winner of National Liszt Competition in Poland and thhe winer of a competition in Minneapolis (WAMSO), where she was recognized as the best pianist.
